How much do you charge to arrange a Spanish mortgage?

To arrange a Spanish mortgage Charles Hamer charges a success fee equal to 0.5% of the mortgage amount payable on the return of the signed mortgage offer and a small administration fee of £250.00 payable  on submission of the morgage application to the Spanish lender.   The latter is payable after we have received the bank's initial response confirming that in principle the bank can consider your application for the required mortgage amount .
