Is there still time to submit an appeal for the recovery of prevelements sociaux paid in 2017 and 2018

 The answer is yes.  Although the recovery deadline for those who paid PS in 2016 is now passed, there is time still for those who paid prelevements Sociaux  in 2017 and 2018 to submit their appeal if they qualify.
